Obtaining A Return Authorization (RMA)

To ensure the responsive and accurate handling of issues as they arise, World Data Products requires a Returned Authorization (RMA) for products that are to be returned. The process is simple and straightforward:

Call Your Sales Representative to validate the RMA. A WDPI Sales Support Specialist (SSS) will send you a RMA Request Form to fill out. We can be contacted at 1.888.210.7636.
Fill out the RMA Form. Information to fill out includes Part number, Serial number, WDPI Invoice number and Purchase Order number
Receive an RMA Number. RMA requests are qualified and processed upon receipt of the completed form. An RMA number is generated within 24 hours from receipt of the request, and will be valid for 15 days thereafter.
Return the equipment. Along with the RMA number, you’ll be sent instructions how to return equipment. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the equipment.
