WDPI: How long have you worked at WDPI?

Jacob: I have been a member of the World Data team since January 15, 2008.

What type of work did you do before coming to World Data?

Jacob: I worked on my families dairy farm in southeastern MN growing up. Was a delivery coordinator for Menard's Inc. Also worked in the Lithographic production industry here in the twin cities for 3 years.

WDPI: What are your main job responsibilities?

Jacob: My main responsibilities are to audit, build, and configure computer hardware equipment, specifically for the Unix-related product lines. I also make sure all products meet WDPI's quality standards and provide quality customer service to our clients.

WDPI: What do you like most about working at WDPI?

Jacob: I love the great atmosphere at work. Everyone gets along great and it is a really upbeat place to work. Everyone here is really into there job and helps each other out with any questions or issues that may arise.

WDPI: What are your interests/hobbies outside of work?

Jacob: Some of my favorite sports to play are basketball, softball,and paintball. I also always enjoy playing cards, bowling, pool, and an good game of foosball.
